Shipping methods and costs



SDA shipping by express courier is FREE everywhere in Italy (San Marino and Vatican City included) with a minimum purchase of 79,00€. Delivery times in Italy are usually 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipment.

It is possible to choose shipment with Bartolini at a cost of €55.90 with a delivery time of 1/2 working days.

In Europe EU shipments are made by UPS express courier.

In the Rest of the World, shipments are made by FEDEX express courier.

To find out the cost according to the destination country, simply continue with the checkout and enter the country of your choice.

All shipments are traceable

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. On weekends or public holidays it may take longer.

In case the package is partially opened or tampered with (non-integral seals), please accept the package "with reservation" (this is your right) or refuse it.

In this case you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can report the incident to the carrier.

If the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or the addressee is absent, the parcel may be returned to Stylottica.com such shipping costs will be charged to the customer who placed the order, subtracting them from the refund for undelivered goods. In the case of non-EU countries, incoming and outgoing customs duties and costs will not be reimbursed.

For shipments to EU European countries, the price published on the site includes VAT and customs clearance costs. The countries included are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Shipments to non-EU countries are exempt from VAT. Therefore in the checkout, when you enter a destination address of a country outside the European Community, the order will be calculated without VAT. In this case, customs clearance costs will always be charged to the customer. These costs are not included in the prices of the items and will not be displayed on the site. Any customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and will be calculated and applied at the time of delivery by the customs authorities.

Returns and refunds

If the product does not meet your requirements, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How to Returning Goods for PURCHASES IN ITALY

1) Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order you must follow the instructions you will find here:

If the order was placed as a guest you will be sent an e-mail with a temporary password to access your account and be able to make the return request.

2) The return for Italy is free of charge for the first order over 49.00 euro (if the purchase order is less than 49.00 euro, the item must be sent to

- Any additional costs such as "Green Shipping", "Priority Shipping" "Insurance". will not be reimbursed.

As soon as we receive your return request, in the case of free returns, we will send you an e-mail with the label to be applied to the outside of the parcel and we will make the reservation for the pick-up by SDA courier.

3) The customer must pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The returned item must be new, unused and must contain the tags and all accessories with which it was delivered. Stylottica is not responsible for damage, loss, theft or handling of the goods sent back by the customer.

4) As soon as we receive the item at our premises we will refund you within the next 48 hours via the same payment channel you used when purchasing.

How to return goods for EU purchases

2) Choose your preferred return method:

Shipping with our courier UPS::

- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer

  The cost for the return label is: 19,90 euro

As soon as we receive your return request, we will send you an email with the label to be applied to the outside of the parcel and we will make the reservation for the pick-up by UPS courier..

Ship on your own:

- send your return to the address STILOTTICA , Via Cairoli 26 , 15076 , Ovada (AL)

by traceable UPS courier and the parcel must arrive within 14 days of the return request.

- Any additional costs such as "Green Shipping", "Priority Shipping" "Insurance". will not be refunded. In case of choosing a faster shipment, only the cost of the basic shipment will be reimbursed.

3) In case of rejection of the item, the shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer

3.1) Possible customs entry and exit taxes cannot be reimbursed, we remind you that an item returning to Italy will have to pay 22% of the amount plus customs clearance cost.

3.2) Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, using the same methods of returning the goods as described above.

If you, as a consumer, feel that your rights have been infringed, you can address your complaints to us via the e-mail address info@stylottica.com in order to request an out-of-court settlement of the dispute. If the acquisition between you and us took place online via our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes via the website http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
