Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on stylottica.com. Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised using one of the following methods, by choice: i) use of the Return Form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) that you find online in the Customer Service area to be completed in full to obtain the return number (the Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail that the request for withdrawal has been received via the Return Form); ii) use of (in compliance with the standard form pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be completed in full in all its fields; iii) sending to the Seller another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in such cases, to the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by STYLOTTICA using the prepaid label that will be sent by email. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, it will be possible to change the chosen item with another.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that you have purchased tailor-made or customized products or sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after the delivery.

I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

to. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you must correctly complete and transmit: the form you find in the Customer Service area or, alternatively, you can fill in and send this form or send another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract also by registered letter to the address of Stilottica snc Via Cairoli 26 Ovada (AL).
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products.
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging
is. the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
f. the products must not be damaged.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, STYLOTTICA pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will refund you in full the price of the products purchased.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters a), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, STYLOTTICA reserves the right to keep the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the curtailment of the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or whether to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, STYLOTTICA reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.


II. Refund times and methods

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after STYLOTTICA has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, will you receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and STYLOTTICA will proceed with the full refund, or, if having found the existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be informed of the amount deducted by way of deduction of the refund and STYLOTTICA will proceed to refund the amount due. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card, cash on delivery), the refund is activated by STYLOTTICA in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware. the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the above conditions.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit / debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit date;
- purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- cash on delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and on the credit institution where you have opened the account.
In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.


III. Conditions for exchanging products

In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, as an alternative to exercising the right of withdrawal, you will have the possibility to change the products purchased with others, instead of obtaining a refund of the relative price.

The exchange request will take place within the limits set out below:
to. only those purchased products may be exchanged for which this possibility will be expressly provided for in the Return Form;
b. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and / or color. In any case, the options available for the exchange will be indicated in the Return Form;
c. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of their delivery, by completing the Return Form, to be sent electronically to STYLOTTICA within the aforementioned term. The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to exchange the products.

d. you can make only one exchange request for each product purchased;
is. the products for which you request the change must be returned to STYLOTTICA in their original packaging, unused, worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal;
f. the products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent to STYLOTTICA in a single shipment. STYLOTTICA, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, sent for exchange at different times.

If all the aforementioned conditions are correctly respected, once the Return Form containing your exchange request has been completed and sent, STYLOTTICA will process the same replacement request by sending you a confirmation e-mail for this purpose.

IV. Times and methods for obtaining the change

After STYLOTTICA has received the products you intend to change and checked that all the above requirements have been met, STYLOTTICA will check the actual availability in its warehouses of the products in the size and / or color you have selected.

In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are not available in its warehouses, STYLOTTICA will not be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore proceed to refund you the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable, in accordance with the provided for by the Consumer Code and according to the procedures set out in sections I and II of this information.

In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are available, STYLOTTICA will be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. In this case, the shipment will take place within thirty (30) days from the date on which STYLOTTICA becomes aware of your exchange request, once it has been verified that it has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. The shipping costs of the replacement products will be borne by STYLOTTICA, which will choose the relative carrier.

If the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for the exchange, you will not be entitled to any refund and / or charge for the difference.

You will be contacted if your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. In this case, you can choose to get back the products you intended to exchange at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, STYLOTTICA reserves the right to withhold the products and also using one of the hypotheses indicated above in section I of this information, it can also withhold the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products themselves, or the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

The replacement product or products may be subject to subsequent return pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the provisions of the previous Sections I and II.

V. Parcel rejected and  Exstra UE

In case of non-acceptance of the package, the shipping costs and any customs fees will not be refunded.

Any customs costs for returning the package cannot be refunded.

VI. REFUND OF ACCESSORY EXPENSES

Any additional costs such as "Ecological Shipping", "Priority Shipping" etc. will not be refunded. In case of choosing a faster shipment, only the cost of the basic shipment will be reimbursed.
