I have completed the order, but I have not received the confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

What does the wording "Available" mean in the Product?

The products that are indicated as "AVAILABLE" are items in the collection at the manufacturer and / or present in our warehouses. If it is not possible to add them to the cart, it is necessary to contact customer assistance to check availability.

Are the glasses original?

We are authorized dealers of all the brands on the site, so our glasses are 100% original and are shipped with all the accessories provided by the manufacturers.

Do the glasses come in their original case?

All our glasses are shipped inside their original case and with all the accessories provided by the manufacturers.

Do glasses have a guarantee?

All our glasses are covered by a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects and not for damage caused by normal use of the product.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Our system is not organized for cash on delivery.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Can I pay by rechargeable card?

It is possible to pay by rechargeable card because it is part of the credit cards of the Visa or Mastercard circuit.

Where can I find the IBAN to make the transfer?

The bank transfer is valid only for member states of the European Union and must be requested by mail

The IBAN will be sent via automatic email at the conclusion of the order, after selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will also find it in preview at the end of the order.

What are the processing / shipping times for a product?

STYLOTTICA undertakes to ship in 1/2 working days, except for delays that will be communicated promptly.

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

The shipment, depending on the destination, takes from 3 to 4 working days with UPS to the European Union.
For the United States it can take from 4/8 working days.
If, on the other hand, it is sent by Poste Italiane, it can take 15 to 45 working days.

How long does it take for an Express shipment to arrive?

Express shipping if it is scheduled takes from 1/2 working days with UPS.

How much does a shipment cost?

Shipping to EU member states costs from € 9.90 to € 15.00 depending on the destination.

Is it better to ship insured?

All our shipments are 100% insured without any cost increase.

If the package is delivered damaged, what should I do?

In the event that the package is damaged upon delivery, we always recommend accepting it with reserve, so if the product is not intact the responsibility falls on the courier. STYLOTTICA assumes no responsibility if the package is collected damaged without reserve.
